Grip Stone is a ready-to-apply surface preparation solution designed to improve the adhesion of marble, granite, tiles, and stone on smooth, unpolished, or semi-rough surfaces. It contains fine aggregates that create a textured surface for improved mechanical bonding, while the polymeric film formed after drying helps provide chemical bonding between the prepared surface and the fixing material.

Traditional surface roughening methods can be inconsistent and may damage expensive marble, granite, tiles, and stone. Grip Stone provides a convenient and controlled alternative by creating a thin, continuous, unbroken textured film over the prepared surface. The fine aggregates are screened on a 500-micron sieve to help create the required surface profile.

The product is ready to apply and should not be diluted with water or solvent or mixed with additional admixtures. After proper surface cleaning and application with a paint roller or brush, allow approximately 24 hours of drying time before fixing tiles or stone using cement or a suitable adhesive.

Grip Stone offers an approximate coverage of 5 sq. m per kg in a single coat, although actual coverage may vary depending on the surface condition and suction properties. It is suitable for surface preparation where improved grip and reliable adhesion are required before fixing marble, granite, tiles, and other stone materials.
