SILICO Con M40 Drymix Concrete is a factory-produced, pre-blended dry concrete mix designed to provide consistent and convenient concrete quality for construction applications. It is formulated using standardised binders, graded natural river sand, VSI 10 mm down aggregates, polymers and specialised concrete admixtures.

Designed for M40 grade concrete applications, SILICO Con provides a controlled and uniform mix without the need for separate measurement and jobsite blending of cement, sand and aggregates. It is suitable for both small and large concrete works, particularly at locations where conventional transit mixer access is difficult.

The ready-to-use drymix formulation helps reduce material wastage, improve mixing consistency and save preparation time at the construction site. It can be mechanically mixed in a free-fall mixer or hand mixed using a suitable tray. Approximately 910% clean water can be added gradually while mixing until the required workability is achieved.

SILICO Con M40 is suitable for structural and non-structural applications, including columns, beams, lintels, deck slabs, PCC, DPC and screed flooring. The product should be used within approximately 45 minutes after water addition. No additional plasticizers or workability admixtures are required at site because the required additives are already incorporated into the formulation.
