SILICO Crete 25 Kg Polymerised RCC Repair Mortar is a single-component, polymerised cement-based repair mortar designed for the restoration and repair of damaged or weakened RCC structural members. It is specially formulated for applications such as beams, columns, slabs and other reinforced concrete structures, including locations where conventional shuttering is difficult or cannot be provided.

The fibre-reinforced and shrinkage-compensated formulation combines selected aggregates, cementitious materials, polymers, fibres and performance-enhancing additives to provide good adhesion and controlled expansion characteristics. The formulation is designed to help minimise crack formation and reduce water demand during application. The manufacturer states that SILICO Crete meets the requirements of the GreenPro Ecolabel.

SILICO Crete is supplied as a single-component dry powder, requiring only the addition of water at site. After proper surface preparation, the mixed mortar can be applied manually or with a trowel and compacted onto the prepared bonding surface. It is particularly useful for concrete repair and restoration work where a conventional pourable repair material or shuttering arrangement is unsuitable.
